DETALES.Could you wake up to this view everyday. This beautiful piece of serenity could be yours, going on the market soon. Located in Thornville with easy access to Rt256, 188 or 13 and 10 minutes to 37. Owner has been moved to a assistant living facility and is offering this large completely updated 2 bedroom/2 bath house with off road acreage. Complete with a separate pond house, large wrap around decks and separate 2 stall barn. Because of the one lane drive all furnishings have been moved for easy pickup to the Canal Winchester Depot.
1.Starting off in the Home Office with this HP office jet Pro 8500A premium copier. Powered on says it needs a new ink cartridge and is complete with a few new cartridges.
2.Now a day you can't be too careful, so shred those important papers or anything with your personal info on it with this Staples home office shredder. Powered on and works. Sleek new color and slim design.
3.While a antique and solid wood, she used this in her home office to house the copier and stored copy paper along with office supplies in the bottom. Great primitive/farmhouse look 30"W x 17"D x 27"T and in very good condition for age. On metal casters with single drawer and 2 door 3 shelf storage.
4.Every home office needs a desk. This solid wood drop leaf secretary desk is in great shape and serves the purpose. 32"W x 17"D x 38.5"T.
5.This little ensemble was found in the walk-in closet. Great for sitting and taking your shoes off, padded seating with storage inside lift seat, extra storage with drawer and side rack. Complete with removable laundry bag hamper....fill her up, unhook and take to the laundry room. Bag is cloth and can easily be washed as well.
6.Single glass door with bottom storage corner cupboard. Raised detailed design on front with single drawer and 2 door storage on bottom. 79"T x 31"W x 19.5"D.
7.Very nice burr walnut chest of drawers, dove tailed drawers with keyhole, paneled sides and large glass knobs. Beautiful design in wood, solid and in good condition for age. Some nicks and scratches but nothing Old English can't handle. 22"D x 47"W x 38"T.
8.Very large knock-down wardrobe. CONTENTS NOT INCLUDED. Solid wood made by Sirlin Hnos. 2 sides with solid doors with drawers, shelves and racks inside. Middle beveled mirror door with clothes hanger closet inside. 24"D x 77.5"T x 79"L. Very large item that has been dis-assembled for easy transport. Love the claw and ball footing. Complete with keys for locking. Some nicks and scratches but nothing a little Old English polishing couldn't handle to restore its beauty. Wonderful piece of craftsmanship.
9.19"T x 30"D x 50"L King Metal Furniture Co exclusive recreational cocktail table. Heavy with iron legs and slate inlaid top. USA made.
10.Oak desk chair with cane back rest and top lift hole decor. Solid and In good sturdy condition.
11.Large iron handled copper kettle. Once used for starter wood storage along side her fireplace. This is a beautiful piece 14"T x 22"R.
12.Large hand weaved Pack basket with leather harness hanging on a decorative 33"L metal hanger. These were once used for field pickings and carried on the back. 17"W x 20"T. In very good condition.
13.2 decorative lanterns 16"T and other 12"T along with a duck decoy that holds fireside stick matches 17"L x 6.5"T
14.Wonderful antique by "The M. C. Lilly & Co" in Columbus, Ohio maker of this sword. Knights Templar ceremonial sword and scabbard. Bone handled engraved with a cross and knights helmet crest. 1882 - 1925c
15.This is a pretty amazing piece of detailed ceramic pottery, large and very unusual. Hands off clock and clock mechanism missing. 38"T x 23" base 12"D. No chips or cracks noted.
16.Antique wood half round 3 legged side table. Opens with 2 doors. 21"L back x 12"D in center. Very good condition.
17.6 gold rimmed rock glases with a beautiful Cristal Darques lead glass ice bucket from France, gold rimmed and 8"T. Note: I think we found 2 more glasses to add to this offering.
18.Love this 9"T liquor decanter and matching glass set. 18" duck light and wood one in flight.
19.Lynne Arts chalk-ware electric mantle clock 17"L x 9"T bear clock, untested. Pair of 14"T bear candle sticks, unsure if these are molded resin or wood.
20.16.5"W x 10.5"D x 8.5"T wood hinged box. Great piece has that farmhouse look.
21.20"T x 17"W x 11"D hinged box on legs. This makes a great side table with storage.
22.Love the gaged infused Murano styled colored vase. Lots to look at in this lot. Did find a 4th etched deer stemmed glass.

29.This large painted antique closet has been converted into a liquor cabinet, easily enough the shelves could be removed and made back into a wardrobe. Double drawer and doors 44"W x 17"D x 85"T. 39.Vintage Hen and nest one is marked Imperial Glass Co. Clear is 9" x 7.5"T and amber one is 7.5" x 8"T. No chips or cracks noted.
40.74"L x 23" bow front tip x 38"T. Solid wood and beautiful, just look at the craftsmanship in this piece. Large piece of furniture if you have the room. Please do not think you can pick this up in a car.
41.Sony 26" flat screen. Powered on and has remote.
42.Somebody signed their name back in 1913 as the maker, would love to hear the stories this piece could tell. Another beautiful piece of craftsmanship with beveled mirror and great details. Lots of storage in this item. Some nicks and scratches but nothing Old English can't handle. Very heavy piece so please do not come in a car to pick this item up. 51"W x 19"D x 80"T Doors have been removed for easy transport.

51.This pair graced the entrance. Metal flat back decorative hollow wall pocket 20"L x 16"W filled with faux flowers and greenery. Change it for the seasons, would look great with evergreen sprigs and pine-cones as well.
52.Spice rack, longest shelf 39"L and shortest 21"L x 23"T x 3"D filled with over 70 Martha Stewart's spices. All lidded and most never used.

88.28"W x 15"D x 28"T bucket sides, lion head hardware solid wood chest. Looks like doors once housed the front and have long since been removed for open shelving. Some finish imperfections but a very sturdy piece.
89.You will never have to replace a slat in this teal Adirondack chair. Colorful in color but constructed with Pollywood. Very sturdy and in good condition. If purchase new $379. Over sized seating with curved back slats. Made to withstand strong sun exposure.
90.Need a pair of Adirondacks chairs for the deck or dock area here is another solid Pollywood in colorful orange. These are very expensive when them.
91.EdenPure quartz infrared portable heater. Works but no remote.

135.Jack and Jill was a bi-monthly magazine for children 6 to 12 yrs. It featured stories and educational activities. First issue was in 1938. Here are a few Halloween issues from 1950's, 68,73 and 74 along with some paperback classics all about little pretties! All in good condition.

139.Vintage 60's Beistle jointed witch, she is 55"L Halloween die cut door decoration in good condition. Her scary sister 23"L standing Beistle/H.E. Luhrs die cut jointed witch and her ugly jointed Momma on the broom. Some large pumpkins round out this offering.
140.1940's Lone Ranger child's Halloween costumn, Western "masked man" character and cultural icon. Unsure if this is the correct mask with it. Jolly green giant 1950's, graphics still in good condition.
