4 1 T_4.1.JPGThis is an interesting Circa 1900 soda fountain tin advertising sign for Ver-ba, a “Safe and Sane” Soft Drink. The metal bottom red circle reads,”Have a Ver-ba with Me”,”Safe and Sane”, and it also indicates it was sold for five cents. This drink was considered a medicinal drink but was also sold as a mixed soda. Ver-ba also had a porcelain soda fountain syrup dispenser that can be seen on item 4. Ver-ba was manufactured in Ohio. Sign shows ware from over a hundred years of existance, also has two small calliber bullet holes and nail puctures from being hung.
